 9:30AM                      Driver Check-in and Car Registration.

10:30AM                     Course Test Runs

11:00AM                     Opening Ceremony

11:00AM – 4:30PM     Soap Box Derby Racing

4:45PM                        Trophy Presentation of The HealthPoint HopeBox Derby Cup! 

5:00PM                        Clean-up

All Day Events:

  • “Rhythm & Blues, Roll & Soul provided by WNKU’s Mr. Rhythm Man & The Rhythm Man Dancers”
  • Family Fun Activity Area – Games and Activities for Kids of All Ages
  • Car Display
  • Up to ten different food venders will be on hand to provide local festival favorites.

The Leadership Northern Kentucky Class of 2008 is happy to announce sponsorship opportunities for the HealthPoint Hopebox Derby.  Please contact event co-chair Andy Tracy at (513) 587-1845 or by email at atracy@vltsg.com for more information.

 

Sponsorship opportunities include:

 

TITLE SPONSOR (One Available):  $10,000 donation includes full page ad in the race program, title sponsor logo recognition at finish line, along the track and all marketing materials.  Title sponsorship also includes entry fee and soapbox car kit for one car!

 

GOLD MEDAL SPONSOR (Four Available):  $5,000 donation includes starting line recognition, a half page ad in the race program, and company logo included on marketing materials.  Gold sponsorship also includes entry fee and soapbox car kit for one car!

 

SILVER MEDAL SPONSOR (Unlimited): $500 donation includes signage along track and recognition in race program.

 

CHILDREN’S SPONSOR (One Available): $5,000 donation includes recognition in Children’s area, a half page ad in the race program, and company logo included on marketing materials.  Children’s area sponsorship also includes entry fee and soapbox car kit for one car!

 

RACE PARTICIPANT (16-32 Available):  $2,000 donation includes recognition in the race program, entry fee and soapbox car kit for one car.  The assembly of the car is a great team building activity for your organization!

 

IN-KIND SPONSOR:  There are many opportunities to support the Hopebox Derby. If there is something your organization can do to help, please let us know!  Your generosity is appreciated. In-kind donors will be recognized in the race program.
